Direct primary care brings healthcare back to what it once was — a service dedicated to patient care and not paperwork.

Jessica treats each patient like family forming a relationship to help promote improved overall health. By joining SteadFast, you will have improved access to care via telehealth, home visits, calls, and text that are included in your membership. Receive one-on-one management of your chronic conditions with an integration of traditional medicine and other modalities such as exercise and nutrition. ​

Membership Pricing

  • Many services are included with your membership in your annual physical, such as annual labs, basic point of care testing, and telehealth appointments. 

  •  Other fee-for-service items will also be available as listed below

$50 Travel Fee for every 30 minutes outside of Winterville Office

*  Vaccine Policy: Pediatric vaccines not provided in clinic but can referred to local health department. All vaccination preferences and schedules accepted.

* Newborn health care will be peformed by ECU Health or other covering entity until hospital discharge

** Home urgent care visits after hours may be additional fee
