What happens if I need to go to the hospital or see a specialist?

Your membership does not include hospital services or direct admissions. An emergency room provider or hospitalist will take over your care. We will be happy to schedule a hospital follow-up and arrange care with the necessary specialist.

The provider has worked with many of the specialty providers in our area and can easily make referrals based on your diagnosis. We are also a strong advocate for recommended screenings such as colonoscopies, mammograms, and cancer screenings.

Can I contact the provider after hours?

Yes! Our goal is to be accessible via text, email, video chat or call if any medical concerns arise. If you need medication refills, you can have your pharmacy message us as well for requests.

Do you accept insurance and what if I qualify for Medicare?

As a Direct Primary Care practice, we do not accept insurance. FSA accounts can be used to pay for the monthly dues preventative visits and exams.
Also, due to current restrictions with Medicare, our practice can not accept any members that are currently eligible or have medicare insurance.

I already have insurance, won't I be paying twice for the same services?

As a membership based health care, you avoid having to meet high deductibles with your copays, meds and labs that we have arranged at lower prices. Allowing you to have easy access to your provider also helps keep you healthier and out of the urgent care or emergency room.
