Your membership does not include hospital services or direct admissions. An emergency room provider or hospitalist will take over your care. We will be happy to schedule a hospital follow-up and arrange care with the necessary specialist.

 The provider has worked with many of the specialty providers in our area and can easily make referrals based on your diagnosis. We are also a strong advocate for recommended screenings such as colonoscopies, mammograms, and cancer screenings
